Terms and Conditions
Warranty Coverage:
Euroquip Food Service Equipment offers a 5-year limited warranty on Moretti Forni Oven Range;
- Serie S Electric Deck Oven
- Serie T Electric & Gas Conveyor Oven
- Neapolis Electric Oven
5 Year Warranty subject to the terms and conditions outlined below;
1. Warranty Duration – Effective 1st June 2025.
This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase of the oven. The
warranty period is only applicable to the original purchaser of the equipment and is not
transferable.
2. Warranty Scope:
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty
period. In the event of a valid warranty claim, Euroquip Food Service Equipment will, at its sole
discretion, repair or replace any defective parts of the oven.
3. Warranty Exclusions:
The following are specifically Excluded from this warranty:
- Stone components (including baking stones, hearth stones, refractory material)
- Glass components (including door glass, window panels, glass covers, light bulbs)
- Any damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance.
- Damage resulting from misuse, carelessness, abuse, or neglect (e.g., failure to follow
manufacturer instructions for cleaning and maintenance).
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.
- Damage from external factors such as electrical surges, water damage, other environmental
conditions.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or installation by anyone other than an
authorized service technician.
- Damage incurred during handling, transport, or due to repairs or handling carried out by
anyone other than an authorised personnel.
- Loss of profits, damage to other equipment, damage to fixtures & fittings, damage to buildings.
The liability of Euroquip under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective
goods or components. All other costs including, delivery and installation shall be borne by the
Customer or end-user. Goods or components which fail as a result of incorrect or misuse,
abuse, inappropriate operation, incorrect power supply will void warranty and not be replaced
or repaired under warranty.
4. 5 Year Warranty Eligibility and Claim Requirements:
To be eligible for a warranty claim during the warranty period, the user must meet the following
conditions:
- The Customer must complete Warranty Card when supplied with goods and return the
Warranty Card to Euroquip within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in void
warranty.
- Regular Maintenance: The oven must be regularly maintained and serviced in accordance
with the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines, serviced minimum every 12 months. A copy of
the service and maintenance records may be required at the time of a warranty claim.
- Cleaning: The oven must be kept clean and in proper working condition. The user must follow
all recommended cleaning instructions provided in the owner's manual.
- Proper Usage: The oven must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's operational
guidelines. Any misuse or failure to operate the oven according to these guidelines may void the
warranty.
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in the denial of any warranty claims.
5. Warranty Service Hours:
Warranty service is only available during business hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Monday through Friday. Any service requests made outside of these hours will be subject to
additional charges; call out fees and hourly charges and penalty rates where applicable and are
not covered under the warranty.
6. Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact Euroquip Food Service Equipment
within the warranty period, providing the following:
- A description of the issue or defect.
- Proof of purchase (invoice).
- Maintenance and service records (if requested).
- Photographic evidence of the defect or issue (if requested).
Once the claim is received, Euroquip Food Service Equipment will review the information and, if
applicable, provide instructions for repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Euroquip Food Service Equipment's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement of defective parts, and in no event will Euroquip Food Service Equipment be liable
for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the
oven, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruptions, or property damage.
9. Warranty Transfer:
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the oven. The
warranty will be void if the oven is sold, rented, or transferred to another party.
10. Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the governing laws of New South
Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.

The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
