Trenton International provides a 5-year edge chip warranty on certain crockery lines.
Moda Porcelain:
This range, inspired by artisanal ceramics, is known for its organic feel and is covered by the 5-year warranty, according to Trenton International.
Rakstone Ease:
This range, from Rak Porcelain, also features a 5-year edge chip warranty, according to Trenton International.
V-Chipping:
The warranty specifically covers V-chipping, which refers to noticeable chips with a V-shaped notch in the crockery's edge.
Hospitality Focus:
The warranty is designed to address the wear and tear that can occur in busy hospitality settings, highlighting the robustness of these products.
Beyond Edge Chips:
Trenton also offers other product features like being dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and oven safe.
Australian Consumer Law:
In addition to Trenton's specific warranty, the Australian Consumer Law provides a statutory two-year warranty for most goods, including those sold by Trenton, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
