The Winterhalter UC-S Excellence-i is a premium compact undercounter glasswasher engineered for venues where presentation, hygiene and space efficiency are equally important. Its fully integrated reverse osmosis system improves incoming water quality to deliver sparkling glassware and brilliant cutlery with virtually no manual polishing—ideal for wine bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés and premium beverage service.
At only 460 mm wide, the UC-S Excellence-i fits neatly beneath compact counters while accepting both 400 × 400 mm and standard 14 × 17-inch glass racks. Adjustable 60, 90 and 120-second cycles combine with Winterhalter’s VarioPower technology to tailor wash pressure for delicate stemware or more robust items. A glass-surface touch display simplifies operation, while four-stage filtration and a clouding sensor help maintain wash-water quality. Integrated chemical dosing, full insulation, a drain pump and rinse booster pump complete this sophisticated commercial glasswashing solution.

The Winterhalter Machine Warranty Period is as follows below*
1. Winterhalter branded units: 24 months from date of purchase
2. Class-eq branded units: 12 months from the date of purchase
3. Winterhalter & Classeq spare parts: 3 months from the date of purchase

Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
