    60 litre tilting bratt pan in compound steel with duomat cooking surface for true corrosion resistance. Suitable for grilling, shallow frying, simmering, saute, soups and sauces.

    • Infrared heating elements mounted below the cooking surface.
    • Actual cooking temperature setting through adjustable thermostat.
