  • Bezzera MODADE3B Moda DE 3 Group Commercial Espresso Machine – 17L Boiler

The Bezzera MODADE3B Moda DE 3 Group Commercial Espresso Machine is a professional Italian espresso machine designed for cafés, restaurants, hotels and high-volume coffee operations that demand consistent extraction and dependable steam performance. Featuring three brewing groups and a substantial 17-litre copper boiler, it provides the capacity needed to handle demanding service periods while maintaining reliable brewing temperatures.
The MODADE3B uses a volumetric dosing system, allowing coffee doses to be programmed by the operator for repeatable extraction. Its thermostatically controlled groups incorporate a dedicated 100W electrical resistance to help maintain stable group temperatures, supporting consistency from one espresso to the next.
A separate hydraulic heat-exchange circuit draws fresh water for coffee preparation rather than using boiler water directly. This design helps provide a consistent supply of fresh brewing water while allowing the machine's large copper boiler to maintain the steam and hot-water capacity required during busy service.
