Frontal simmering zone.
- Temperature range from 120° up to 280°C.
- Polished chromium surface avoids the mixing of flavors when passing from one type of food to another.
- Cooking surface 12mm thick polished chrome for optimum grilling results and ease of use.
- Infrared heating elements mounted below the cooking surface.
- Suitable for countertop installation.
- Unit to be mounted on open base cupboards, bridging supports or cantilever systems.
- Large drain hole on cooking surface permits the draining of fat into large 1,5 liter collector placed under the cooking surface.
- Large grease collection container available as optional accessory to be installed under top units over open base cupboard.
- Safety thermostat and thermostatic control.
- Stainless steel high splash guard on the rear and sides of cooking surface. Splash guard can be easily removed for cleaning.
- IPx4 water protection.
- Cooking surface completely smooth.
- All exterior panels in Stainless Steel with Scotch Brite finishing.
- One piece pressed 1.5 mm work top in Stainless steel.

• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Please contact Stoddart for parts and we will advise how to do this in order to avoid any electrical hazard.

The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
