The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-50-HC is a self-contained flake ice maker capable of producing up to 125 kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of high-quality flake ice every 24 hours. Hoshizaki ice makers are known for producing premium granular ice with a light, soft texture that delivers rapid and even cooling. This helps maintain consistent temperatures without causing freezer burn, making flake ice ideal for food preservation and presentation. Ideal for preparing, layering, and displaying fresh food attractively.

Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
