The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-HC is a self-contained flake ice maker capable of producing up to 125kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of premium flake ice every 24 hours. Hoshizaki ice makers are renowned for delivering high-quality ice with a light, soft texture that cools quickly and evenly. This creates a consistent temperature environment while preventing freezer burn, making flake ice ideal for food preservation and presentation. Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
