The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-HCN is a self-contained nugget ice maker capable of producing up to 110kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of premium nugget ice every 24 hours. With its dry, hard texture, nugget ice is ideal for cocktails, delivering efficient cooling with just the right level of dilution. It’s especially well suited for spirit-forward drinks such as Mojitos and Tiki cocktails, where balance and presentation matter.

- Durable & Hygienic Construction: Featuring a stainless steel exterior, the machine is built for durability and long-term use. Its closed water circuit provides protection against contamination throughout the ice-making process. Like all Hoshizaki machines, it is designed for easy operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
