The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-F is a FlexiCUBE variant of the IM CUBE range. This self-contained cuber produces up to 42kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of Hoshizaki’s world-famous large, crystal-clear ice cubes (Standard size) every 24 hours.
Features:- Sustainable & Efficient: Designed to minimize energy and water consumption, this unit features a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor, eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and a stand-by function. Premium foaming insulation and an optimized water tank reduce overall energy and water use.
- Durable & Hygienic Construction: A fully closed water circuit and closed cell system protect against contamination, while food-grade stainless steel (AISI 430) components and automated cleaning ensure long-lasting hygiene. An optional Scoop Holder-Kit adds extra sanitary convenience.
- Advanced Technology: Intelligent water flow adapts throughout the ice-making cycle to prevent chipped or cloudy cubes. Water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, along with an adjustable control panel for dimple size, provide precise control and ease of monitoring.

The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
