Introducing the Polar G-Series refrigerated servery topper - perfect for fast and convenient access to chilled ingredients such as salad, fresh herbs and cooked meats.
Able to accommodate up to six gastronorm pans (5x 1/3rd size, 1x 1/2 size - sold separately), you can keep large quantities of ingredients to make the preparation of pizza, sandwiches or salad fast and efficient. The unit is also suitable for self-service front of house use, as the handy sneeze screen ensures customers can choose their ingredients whilst minimising the risk of contamination.
Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently. The G-Series range excels in conditions up to 32°C.
Can this countertop prep fridge be wall mounted?
The Polar fridge cannot be mounted on a wall, as it requires room around it for ventilation. The unit can be mounted on a suitably-sized shelf as long as there's a 200mm distance around the vents.
Does this prep fridge have a removable filter?
Yes, the filter is located to the rear of the fridge and can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.
Is the glass removable?

Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
