Combining up to 242 litres of highly reliable storage with a sturdy, generously-sized work counter, the Polar U-Series counter fridge is a fantastic choice for the busy professional kitchen. With chilled storage behind both doors and drawers, the fridge is superbly versatile, providing you with rapid access to ingredients whether they are in boxes, gastronorm pans (1/1 GN compatible, pans sold separately) or just loose.
Control is via an intuitive front-mounted panel, which provides an always-on display so you'll always know the internal temperature without having to open the doors. The fridge also features removable door gaskets, stainless steel construction and an easy-access front-mounted air filter, making it exceptionally easy to maintain and clean. Lockable castors add further convenience to the fridge, making it simple to reposition for cleaning.
Polar U-Series is the pinnacle of the Polar kitchen refrigeration range, designed to reliably store your most valuable produce. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling - perfect for reducing food waste whilst conserving food taste. If you expect to access the unit very frequently, Polar U-Series refrigeration reliably keeps a consistently cool temperature, even in conditions up to 43°C. Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef require.
