Roband HL350 - Modular Heat Lamp
The HL350 is a compact modular heat lamp manufactured from stainless steel, incorporating an easy fit 230 volt, 350 watt globe. The easy fit globes feature a protective quartz glass outer layer that encapsulates the inner globe allowing for safe handling. It is designed for use in custom fabricated installations as a modular component to be wired in parallel.
- Quartz Heat Lamps provide a combination of heat and light and are generally used in pass-through areas;
- Infra-red Heating Assemblies utilise infra-red to provide variable, efficient heat and are used in the kitchen back-of house where heat but no illumination of the food is required
- Fluorescent Lighting Assemblies provide light and match the styling of the Heat Lamps and Heating Assemblies.

All Australian warranty work is to be authorised and handled by the warranty department by filling in the form on the Roband website or phoning 1800 268 848
Note that Roband, Robalec and Austheat machines carry 12 months warranty.
Noaw slicers carry 2 years warranty and Vitamix blenders carry 1-year parts and labour warranty followed by a further 2 years parts only warranty.

Roband goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure.
Specific warranty details and exclusions are included with every machine sold. Typically, items such as glass, lamps and non-stick coatings are not covered under warranty.
Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
