The
Warranty begins on the purchase date of the guaranteed equipment. This date
figures on the corresponding purchase invoice and gives you the right to:

12 month Warranty (extendible to 18 months if the warranty card is completed
and sent) for any spare part or defective component. Dispatch and return
carriage are always at the cost of the client.
Before
installation of the machine, read the Instruction Manual which is attached to
the same. In the case of any incident within the guarantee period, DO NOT
DISMANTLE ANYTHING; consult an authorised installer.
The
product warranty will become invalid if any technical intervention in the same
takes place by non-authorised personnel as well as for manipulating data on the
invoice or registration plate.
SAMMIC,
S.L. is not responsible for any breakages produced by an incorrect installation,
incorrect use or negligence on the part of the user.

The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
