  1. Quote: Take a copy of your current quote for the new item to Silverchef.
  2. Return paperwork: SilverChef will send you “Return Paperwork” that outlines how you can return the original equipment back to SilverChef.
  3. Contracts & upfront payment: You will need to sign the contracts from SilverChef and make the upfront payment for the new contract.
  4. Confirmation: Once payment and contracts have been received by SilverChef, Industry Kitchens will be notified and will organise the delivery of the new item.
  5. Swap-over: You’ll receive the new equipment and arrange delivery back to SilverChef for the original asset.
  6. Warehouse check: Once the equipment reaches the SilverChef warehouse, the SilverChef team will complete a full clean and testing/tagging.
  7. Close-off & bond: When the equipment has completed this process, the contract is closed off and any remaining bond amount is returned to you, the customer.
