The SKOPE ProSpec PG11.UBF.2.SD.RH is a high-performance two-door underbench freezer designed to keep frozen ingredients organised and within easy reach in busy commercial kitchens. With a 288-litre gross capacity and a GN 1/1-compatible interior, it includes four adjustable stainless-steel shelves for efficient storage of food, containers and prepared ingredients. Its compact 1290 mm-wide cabinet features a fully integrated worktop, making it a practical addition to restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs and catering operations.
Constructed from food-safe 304-grade stainless steel, the freezer combines durability, hygiene and a professional finish. The right-hand, fully removable refrigeration cartridge uses energy-efficient R290 natural refrigerant, while front-breathing ventilation allows installation without additional clearance at the sides or rear. The SKOPE-connect-compatible controller provides convenient temperature adjustment, monitoring and alerts, helping operators maintain dependable frozen storage between -21°C and -18°C, with a wider adjustable range available through the app. Self-closing lockable doors, LED interior lighting and a 40°C ambient operating rating further support reliable performance in demanding kitchen environments.
SKOPE Australia offers a standard 3-year parts and labor warranty on many of their refrigeration products, including the ActiveCore Freezers, ProSpec Freezers, ReFlex, BackBar, and Pegasus ranges. For other SKOPE products, a 12-month warranty is standard. Customers can also opt for extended warranty options, such as the SKOPE Funding program, which can match the warranty term to the funding agreement, potentially up to 5 years.
