To activate your SKOPE Warranty Protection, complete and submit the following information. If you have any difficulty, please Freephone our Customer Services team on AU 1800 121 535 or NZ 0800 947 5673 for assistance. Note: To receive Warranty Protection you must complete this form within four weeks from date of invoice here.
Cabinets that are not registered within 4 weeks are not eligible for a warranty.
Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please complete the form below. Once we receive your details and confirm your cabinet is under warranty, SKOPE Industries Ltd will issue you with a claim number and arrange for our closest authorised service agent to attend and rectify the problem.
Please note, all warranty service work must be carried out by an authorised service agent. In the event that a warranty call out determines that SKOPE is not liable under warranty, the service agent will bill the customer directly for the cost of the call out. Make the claim here.

SKOPE 1-Year Extended Warranty
SKOPE cabinets are designed to provide many years of uninterrupted, high-quality performance. They are, however, subject to the rigours of time, which is why we offer an extended warranty programme for added peace of mind. All cabinet warranties (excluding some custom cabinets and all ActiveCore, MISA and Irinox models) are eligible for a 1-year extension at the time of purchase (please discuss with Industry Kitchens representative) or cabinet registration.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS WARRANTY
Warranty for Skope refrigerators will be void if installed at a residential address.
Skope refrigerators are primarily designed and warranted for commercial or business use. However, we understand that some customers may wish to use our products in a residential setting. To ensure the integrity of our warranty terms, Skope requires a valid ABN to be provided for warranty claims related to refrigerators used at residential addresses. Please take special note of decibel ratings for commercial refrigeration in domestic settings.
