Cabinets that are not registered within 4 weeks are not eligible for a warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please complete the form below. Once we receive your details and confirm your cabinet is under warranty, SKOPE Industries Ltd will issue you with a claim number and arrange for our closest authorised service agent to attend and rectify the problem.
Please note, all warranty service work must be carried out by an authorised service agent. In the event that a warranty call out determines that SKOPE is not liable under warranty, the service agent will bill the customer directly for the cost of the call out. Make the claim here.

They are, however, subject to the rigours of time, which is why we offer an extended warranty programme for added peace of mind. All cabinet warranties (excluding some custom cabinets and all ActiveCore, MISA and Irinox models) are eligible for a 1-year extension at the time of purchase (please discuss with Industry Kitchens representative) or cabinet registration.
