Washtech warewashers are built to improve the efficiency of operations washing oversized and/or heavily soiled items, from bakeries to production kitchens, supermarkets to hospitals. This is achieved with a continuous and consistent wash process throughout the day that is easy on your staff. With highly efficient water consumption rates, they are also light on the environment and operating costs.

- Integrated heat recovery unit which preheats the cold water supply, signigicantly reducing steam emissions, energy consumption and water treatment cost
- Internall upper rail with optional and adjustable tines suited for hanging ladles,whisks and/or washing up to 20 baking or GN trays (up to 40mm deep) per cycle
- Versatile 2.5, 4.5 and 6.5 minute wash cycles
- Large internal chamber with usable area W 1100mm x D 650mm x H 750mm
- Low water consumption of 4 litres per cycle

Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
