Designed for efficiency and performance, the Winterhalter PT-M Energy pass-through dishwasher is an effective solution for washing large quantities of crockery and utensils. Made in Germany, the PT-M uses a fully flexible wash system to ensure great washing results, whether it's simply rinsing or removing the most stubborn of food residue. Self-cleaning systems and intuitive digital controls make the Winterhalter simple to use and clean - a great choice for the professional kitchen.
This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood.

The Winterhalter Machine Warranty Period is as follows below*
1. Winterhalter branded units: 24 months from date of purchase
2. Class-eq branded units: 12 months from the date of purchase
3. Winterhalter & Classeq spare parts: 3 months from the date of purchase

Silver Chef has provided Australia's hospitality industry with equipment funding for 30 years.
The rental agreement commences on the day of installation and your first payment will be deducted 7 days after delivery. The Silver Chef rental agreement term is a 12-month contract, but you do have the option to purchase the products at any time and you will receive a 75% rental rebate, excluding GST. You also have the option to upgrade anytime in the same category or return the goods after 12 months if no longer required.
Please be advised that Industry Kitchens will require a 10% refundable holding deposit to secure your order. This 10% is fully refundable. You will receive this refund after the goods have been delivered. Please note that this 10% deposit is separate from any fees Silverchef requires.
