and the front ventilation system means you do not lose productivity when built-in, while
our four-column stainless steel structure is designed for durability and ease of access,
installation and service. ITV’s patented flexible nozzle spray system prevents limescale
build-up while simultaneously improving the efficient production of ALFA and GALA
shaped ice cubes. The elastic shower system forms individual cubes by spraying water onto a cooled horizontal evaporator producing consistent, crystal clear ice, suitable for any hospitality establishment.
Available in GALA ice (MDP150A) and half-dice (MS220 A) shaped cubes,

SELF-CONTAINED ICE CUBE MAKERS
ALFA Ice Makers produce pure, crystal clear ice cubes every time. Perfect for drinks,
the pyramid shape cubes that cool quickly and melts slowly– suitable for bars,
restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and conference facilities. The range includes the MINI ALFA
(NPD20 model only) and ALFA. Ice cubes fall individually into a collection bin,
perfectly separated and with consistent size.
+ Alfa underbench ice makers are an efficient way to incorporate an ice cube maker into
a commercial kitchen or bar, without taking up additional floor space. Underbench ice
makers will slide under standard height commercial kitchen benches for easy access

SPIKA MS A MODULAR / STACKABLE ICE CUBE MAKERS
SPIKA Ice is made by running water over a freezing evaporator plate which is
typically divided up into a grid. All of the purest water will freeze first and begin to
form the ice. As the water is pumped back up and over the plate, the ice begins to grow
until it is the appropriate size and is released from the evaporator plate.
